I’m a general practitioner and don’t typically go beyond simple orthodontics in my day-to-day work. Is Invisalign® treatment right for my practice?

Beyond the fact that incorporating simple tooth movement as part of restorative treatment can make the entire process more efficient and predictable, Invisalign® treatment continues to grow in demand.

Sometimes I need to make updates to my treatment prescriptions. Can the Invisalign® system accommodate treatment updates?

Our proprietary ClinCheck® software was designed to help you map out your patients’ smiles down to the tiniest shift with no guesswork and no waiting. However, if needed, you may adjust a treatment plan and submit ClinCheck® modifications to better achieve your treatment goals.

I don’t see pricing anywhere on the site. Why is that?

Warranty

What should I do if I believe an Invisalign® aligner, or a Vivera retainer is defective and should be replaced under warranty?

Invisalign® aligners and retainers and Vivera™ retainers, including replacements, are warranted to conform to their description, to be free from defects in material and workmanship, and to be of satisfactory quality within the industry. Information is included about the types of circumstances that may allow for free warranty replacements and the time periods for making warranty claims.

If you believe the product should be replaced under warranty, these replacements can be ordered online from the patient’s file:

  • Aligners: Under the Patient’s file, go to Supplemental order options > Warranty > Aligner has a quality issue.
  • Retainers: Under the Patient’s file, go toSupplemental order options > Vivera™orInvisalign® Retainers > Warranty Defect.

Alternatively, you may contact Customer Care.

In the interim, the doctor may choose to ask the patient to wear the previous set of aligners to maintain teeth position.
